Roast cauliflower with toasted hazelnuts, spinach leaves, pickled raisin & pink pickled onion • Roasted carrot and fennel with butterbeans in a harissa and yoghurt dressing • Chopped green salad with romaine lettuce, cucumber, red onion and red peppers, in a Dijon vinaigrette • Broccoli in mustard dressing with an oat and seed brittle • Served with pickled aubergine, middle eastern beetroot and butterbean crush, pickled pink pickled onions.
